Enrichment Puzzle Exchange

Sniffing provides your dog with mental stimulation, physical exercise, and stress relief.  

 15 to 20 minutes of sniffing can be more beneficial than an hour-long walk.  

The gentle pace and low-impact of this activity are perfect for all dogs, including seniors, fearful dogs, and those recovering from injuries.

• Dog Age Range - All dogs
• Number of dogs allowed - **preferably one at a time, but allowances will be made for more dogs from the same household
• Experience Level - None
• Prerequisite Training - None 
• Vaccinations: Proof of at least one distemper/parvo combination vaccine at least seven days before booking date. Proof of current rabies vaccination if the puppy is over four months.  Proof of current bordetella vaccination. Proof of vaccinations must be uploaded with the Dog Behavior & History Form on the Booking page (Step 1).  
• How many people can attend? - 2 adults or 1 adult and a child over 12 years old

Doggy Drop Off - If you would like to drop your dog/s off to enjoy the Sensory Sniffari or another service while you run an errand, please contact us.

This is an exclusive experience for reactive dogs (fear, anxiety, aggression)  

to explore at their own pace.  The goal is for them to become comfortable enough at Good Dawg Training to attend private training.

Whether triggered by people, dogs, or other distractions, reactive dogs are often kept

 at home as they are too challenging to manage. 

With the Desensitization Visit, you will have the whole facility to yourself, 

while the owner, Colette, will be on hand to guide you.

• Pricing - FREE (reserved for dogs unable to attend training yet.) 
• Number of dogs allowed - one dog only
• Experience Level - None
• Prerequisite - An assessment at Good Dawg Training.

• What to Bring -  Lots of high-value treats.

  Experience productive days with your dog by your side! Enjoy free Wi-Fi and complimentary coffee and tea to make your work more enjoyable. A little fun can brighten your day!

Each day, while using the Wagging Workstation, your dog will also enjoy a 30-minute Sensory Sniffari. Treat yourself and your pup to a fun and fulfilling workday!

• Pricing - Credit packages available; please contact us for bookings. A yummy lickmat for your dog to enjoy is an optional extra.
• Dog Age Range - We welcome dogs of all ages! Puppies can join too. Reach out if you have any questions!
• Number of dogs allowed - one dog per person/ desk
• Experience Level -Advanced. Your dog should be comfortable in an office setting with other dogs and people. A quick behavioral assessment might be needed. 
• Vaccinations: Proof of at least one distemper/parvo combination vaccine at least seven days before the class start date. • What to Bring -   6 foot-leash, flat collar or harness, favorite blanket, toy, treats.
