Private Training For Flexibility

 Have you welcomed a new dog into your home or are you just looking to improve 

your dog's behavior?  

For first-time training, Start Right Level 1 is highly recommended.
This course will help you build and maintain essential behaviors to make daily life with your dog easier and more enjoyable. We learn about shaping, luring, and capturing behaviors.

Confidence Building Life Skills: Positive socialization, exposure to environmental stimuli, and veterinary and home-care procedures.
Foundation Training Skills:  Eye contact, find it, touch, come, name recognition recall, sit, down, place, stay/wait, leave it, drop it, loose leash walking.
Behavior Topics:  Reactivity, barking, jumping on people, separation anxiety, digging, 

counter surfing, fearful behavior, stress-related behaviors.  
You will also gain access to our online client lessons/ training notes.

• Class Duration -1 hour
• Class Frequency - 1 hour per week for 4 weeks
• Cost - $460 
• Dog Age Range - 4 months, adolescent, adult and seniors
• Experience level - None
• Prerequisite Training - None
• Vaccinations Required - Puppies: The first round of Bordetella & Parvo are required as a minimum, given at least 7 days before starting class.  (Please upload proof of vaccinations on your customer portal) 
• What to Bring - 6 foot-leash, flat collar or harness, lots of small high-value treats, dog bed or non-slip mat, treat bag, dog toy and long-lasting chew
• How many people can attend? - 2 adults or 1 adult and a child over 12 years old.  

 Start Right Advanced group class is the next step after completing Start Right Level 1.
We work on impulse control training that is useful for urban everyday life.This course is a prerequisite for "Dog Sport Basics".
Confidence Building Life Skills: Positive socialization, exposure to environmental stimuli, and veterinary and home-care procedures.
Foundation Training Skills:  Loose leash walking, follow, adding duration, distraction, and distance to come/ recall sit, down, place, stay/wait, generalizing vocal and hand cues and the fluency of behaviors.
Behavior Topics:  Calmly greeting a friendly stranger, being touched by a friendly stranger, supervised separation, loose leash walking through a crowd.
You will also gain access to our online client lessons/ training notes.

• Experience level - Advanced
• Prerequisite Training - Puppy Start Right/ Start Right Level 1

Foundation Training Skills:  Eye contact, loose leash walking, recall, sit, and down. 

Behavior Topics:  Potty training, crate training, digging, counter surfing, nipping, and mouthing.  

Open enrollment means your pup can join at any time over 4 weeks.

Classes will be held in a sterilized & air-conditioned area.

Puppy Start Right books will be available in class, although buying them is not mandatory.

This class is available in group and private training.
